"La Posada Morisca" is a small, family-run hotel, very pleasantly situated in the hills above the village of Frigiliana. It looks out across a broad sweep of the coastal plain to Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea. Its setting is very handy for getting to the beach resorts of the Costa Tropical but far enough away to be able to escape the touristy hustle and bustle.

Just a short drive from the coastal motorway takes you to this brand new establishment, designed in traditional Andalusian style. Easily accessible, yet tucked away on the side of a small hill on the way to Frigiliana, it offers views towards Nerja, the coast and the surrounding hills.

This delightful country hotel has a touch of class. It enjoys the peace and natural beauty of a superb setting in full thirt-five hectares of private lands that include the view down the pretty valley to the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. There are ten bedrooms, each different, all very comfortable, with views and either a furnished balcony or lawned garden area.

In contrast to the natural surroundings, the hotel is a modern, showy, three-star establishment with spacious lounges and a restaurant, serenaded by recorded music. There are 15 en-suite bedrooms and one suite, all well furnished and decorated. All bedrooms have air conditioning and central heating, telephone, Sky TV and a terrace with views of the lake.
